All work done to very high standard & to agreed timeliness & with agreement from building inspector. Overall the whole project was well managed to includeand electrical, roofing, plastering and plumbing work all completed by a dedicated professional team.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and his team. Ben acted as the project manager and made sure all trades and materials where ready to go when needed. A very clean and tidy builder, leaving no mess after each days work. Job completed as quote. I would recommend BLR construction for any type of building work.

Ben and his team have done a great job of our extension. Despite there being some unforeseen hold ups due to structural details, Ben always kept in touch and was available at all times (even Sundays!) for a quick chat on WhatsApp or a phone call to explain everything. He’s very easy to work with, polite and tidy.

Ben is a builder who goes above and beyond. He saved us from a nightmare situation created by a previous builder who took 30k from us and destroyed the back of our house. He always kept us informed, addressed our concerns promptly, and even worked on weekends to ensure timely completion.

I converted & extended my garage into a snooker room. I can’t put into words the amazing work Ben did. Ben did a brilliant job to ensure the space was the right and the floor was level for the snooker table. The room is insulated really well. I have not had to put the heating on in room for the last few days (and we are in November!!).

Ben and Jack did a great job at removing 3 internal walls and replacing with steel beams. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and kept us up to date with progress throughout the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have similar work done.

Absolutely lovely man , job was done so neatly never left a mess , was very polite always , had so many comments when people are walking past as it looks so nice I’m over the moon with it , price was reasonable but I definitely got what I paid for and I’m very very happy !!
